Dom Perrem
National Director of Alpha Ireland
Dom lives in Meath with his wife Annie and six children Edmond, Aidan, Lucy, Teddy, Letty, and Rosie. He worked in book publishing and has been a presenter for Spirit Radio. He focuses his attention on leading the team in creating a long-term vision for church culture and community in Ireland. He loves Alpha and has been involved since his student days.
When not Alpha-ing, he likes to tinker with Land Rovers, fix classic Nintendos, and be a daddy.

Tanya Olhausen
Head of Operations
Tanya lives in Killiney with her family. She has been involved with Alpha for over 20 years in Ireland and the UK and has also worked alongside her husband in ministry in that time. She joined the Alpha team in 2017 and takes care of the team and behind the scenes operations without which the team would be lost.
Tanya loves cooking, reading, and a good walk on the beach.

John Quinn
Director of Strategy
John Quinn is the Director of Strategy for Alpha Ireland. Coming to the role from a background in parish-based Youth Ministry and evangelisation, John has a passion for equipping and serving churches to become models of mission in Ireland today.
John lives in Wicklow with his wife Katie and their two young daughters. In his spare time, John enjoys playing five-a-side and watching movies.

Gerard Hanley
Director of Alpha Youth
A Galway man, Gerard lives in Dublin with his wife Katie and son John. He played football for the Republic of Ireland underage teams and spent seven seasons in the League of Ireland before leaving football in 2016 for full-time work in youth ministry. He began working for Alpha in 2022 as the Director of Alpha Youth and is passionate about encouraging young people to open their hearts to Jesus.
Gerard still enjoys football, now as a spectator, and recently started back playing a bit of GA!

Julie O'Donnell
Mission Team Manager
Originally from the United States, Julie has been living in Ireland for the past seven years, and now lives in Galway with her husband, Maitiú. Julie joined the Alpha Ireland Team in 2023. Prior to joining Alpha, she worked in various ministry roles over the last 20 years in both Ireland and the United States. Julie has a heart for accompanying people in their walk with Jesus, and her hope for Ireland is that everyone discovers the love, joy, and peace that Jesus offers through Alpha.
Outside of Alpha, Julie loves live music, a good book, Liverpool Football Club, the sea, and above all, her husband Matt, and pup, Sadie.

Emily Morrissey
Church Engagement Manager
Emily is Married to David and they live near Brittas Bay in Wicklow with their four children . She came to faith on an Alpha course so it is a great privilege for her to be part of a team that is encouraging churches, schools and communities to run Alpha. She is part of the Mission team specifically focusing on Church Engagement.
When not working for Alpha, Emily is a busy mum who loves to be involved in all things equestrian, skiing, hiking, being outdoors and when possible lost in a good book!

Karen Jordan
Partnerships Manager
Originally from India, Karen now lives in Glasgow Scotland with her husband and three children. Karen encountered Alpha as a student in London and is privileged to join the Alpha team as Partnerships Manager. Prior to Alpha, she has been involved in grant writing, donor management in both the Research & Development and the charity sector.
When not writing grant applications and being a mum, Karen enjoys cooking, hiking and a good musical.
